Our Professional Development Activities

These are half day or one day trips that take employees out of the office setting and into the outdoors. Through the medium of nature, we set up an atmosphere for informal learning opportunities that are rooted in ‘doing’ rather than theoretical learning. The activities on these trips support sharpening aspects of an individual team member’s interpersonal skills.
