Rock Climbing
This is a great confidence building exercise which calls for body- mind balance & concentration. The activity allows participants to really check their physical strength and build courage by overcoming an obstacle. It also builds team camaraderie as fellow team members and colleagues cheer for one another as each turn is taken.
Rock climbing is an activity in which participants climb up, down or across natural rock formations or specially constructed artificial rock walls.The goal is to reach the top of the rock wall without falling. Each participant is harnessed and the belay / safety rope is in the hands of the instructor. The participant is attached to the primary rope with the help of a carabiner and the participant is parallel to the rope.
